We are looking for a highly motivated and driven candidate to join our company as an HR Executive. The candidate should be self-managed and will be responsible for taking ownership of initiatives rolled out by the HR department and managing end to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit. You will be actively involved in recruitment for all IT positions that open from time to time. You should be able to manage and negotiate with vendors and ensure the smooth day to day operations of the company.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire recruitment process, on boarding, documentation related to employment and exit process.
- Advertise and actively recruit for open positions in IT on all platforms (e.g., online job portals, social networking channels, company career pages, etc.)
- Understanding job requirements, sourcing and detailed pre-screening of prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates and closing.
- Assist management in detailed HR policy framing & implementation.
- Preparing daily Recruitment reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the aggregate number of hires by the department.
- Maintaining smooth running of the Human Resources Information System and monitoring timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, Appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).
- Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the company.
- Write various Job Descriptions to source right candidates for Technical & Non-Technical Hiring,
- Lead the employee engagement agenda of the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Ensure timely recreational activity for team building, rewards and recognition program for retention and increasing team efficiency.
- Assist management in building a healthy environment at workplace.
- Responsible to manage employee queries, grievance and address it with best solution.
- Responsible for implementation of statutory compliance relating to employment.
- Report to management and provide decision support.
- HR Process streamlining and bring in new process improvement.
HR Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- More than 3 Years of work experience into HR domain in Corporate set up. Out of which at least 1 years’ experience in any IT set up.
- Ability to provide information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
- Should have completed MBA (HR Specialization).
- Prior experience recruiting for IT related requisitions highly desirable.
- Hands on experience in job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & other social networking sites.
- Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to converse fluently in English.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal skills:
- Ability to maintain employee’s personal records.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Prior experience working in an IT services company is a huge plus
Tools and Technologies: Canva, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM etc
Development Methodologies Knowledge: Agile Development Methodology includes Scrum Framework and Kanban; Strong Knowledge of Scrum Ceremonies is needed.

Educational Qualification:
UG: Any Graduate in HR, MBA in HR Specialization
